The new 3.04 Production Release was launched in August 2006.

New Features:
• Command and feedback position registers have been extended from 32-bits to 64-bits.
• Support for new SynqNet drives: S300, S600, S1800, SqDC, SqStep
• The new SynqNet HotReplace feature allows one or more consecutive nodes to be shut down, serviced, and then reattached to the system without affecting the operation of the other nodes. An ideal feature for modular systems where modules are taken offline for regular maintenance.
• Support for Torque and Velocity demand modes.
