One software investment for all platforms. Powerful Windows® based motion utilites, advanced state-of-the-art Controls Toolkit analysis/filter software, and MPX ActiveX® programming help you get up and running faster than ever before and do more than ever before.

Software Tools

New! A powerful, ease-of-use software tool for the creation of custom control algorithms for use with all SynqNet® motion controllers. MechaWare is a plug-in library for the Matlab/Simulink® environment that puts the power of complex motion control development into the hands of machines builders. MechaWare is designed to literally hand over the control building blocks to the end user, freeing them from proprietary or limited control capability. OEMs can integrate custom control models into their machine design with a high degree of simulation capability and fast experimentation without factory limitations.
The power and flexibility of MEI motion controllers center around the Motion Programming Interface (MPI), a C/C++ language, object-oriented interface designed to simplify motion control programming across a spectrum of platforms. MPI programs can range from simple one-task, one-controller applications to complex multitasking applications with multiple controllers. The MPI also offers robust debugging tools, real-time motion control, support for a variety of operating systems, and connection to remote hosts via TCP/IP communications.

Linux Port Info

Analyze machine mechanical response, develop notch filters, plant models, and custom algorithms to optimize machine performance.
Develop your own custom motion interface using LabView®, VisualStudio®, Excel®, XML, and other environments that support ActiveX® extensions.
Exercise motors, tune & configure all axes in your system using Motion Console™, included with the MDK. Run locally or over a TCP/IP connection, MotionScope™ allows full graphing and analysis of real-time motion data. Position, velocity, current command and numerous other critical motion parameters are displayed with the click of the mouse.
